In the summer of 2016, IMS was contracted to upgrade the school’s main core switch and fiber backbone. There was no consistency with school’s wall-mounted cabinets; switches were hanging out of them. Integrated installed a new OM4 fiber backbone to six new IDFs. The old wall-mounted data cabinets were replaced with a new state-of-the-art locking cabinet. The project started with replacing the old 62.5 fiber from MDF out to each IDF. After terminating and testing the fiber backbone utilizing our best-in-class fiber tools (splicers, OTDR and fluke fiber tester), the real work began. Integrated replaced the Core Switch (Brocade), configured VLans, and established a new 10 gig backbone to each IDF location. Another successful initiative we deployed addressed a video need. For several months, the IT Director was experiencing issues with camera video transmissions. Integrated was called in and resolved the problem in just two hours. In addition, Manchester needed a new card entry point, as an adjunct to their existing card access system. We swiftly addressed this need. Manchester Regional’s IT Director continues to tap Integrated for its various tech support needs.

“Integrated has the knowledge and expertise to assist on any project in the IT and security space.  I’ve had the pleasure of working with them on numerous occasions and they’ve always made the process painless. Their exceptional work and attention-to- detail is second to none. I enthusiastically recommend them for your IT and tech needs.”
