Integrated took this electrical contractor’s single system Windows XP environment and modernized it to improve efficiency and backup and security protocols. We relocated Altec to a new building, installed new servers and setup secure remote access capabilities. This customer is unique because their project managers are normally out in the field, and they have an estimating team located in North Carolina. We embraced the challenge and installed a quality VOIP system. We installed Microsoft’s RDP Gateway Services and Scanning, and helped Altec improve productivity, communications and user/employee satisfaction. Project managers can now submit all job costs utilizing Sage Master Builders utilizing laptops from any project trailer in the world. Some of their team like to use Macs and Apple products and Integrated accommodated this, enhancing user adoption and compliance to all internal operational requirements.
